Why would it use a different order of operations? There is only one.both. the one on the right is a scientific/programming calculator and will use a different order of operations. Google "chain input" or "calculator input methods" and be prepared to hate math even more.
Correct!Technically the one on the left is correct.
Inside the parentheses is first, but once done inside the parentheses they become a standard multiplication sign. 6÷2×3, left to right, equals 9.
No it isn't. It is just multiplying the outside of the parenthesis instead of working left to right.Correct!
Doesn't matter how long an equation is, parentheses are done first. The calculator on the right is using the parentheses as a division and that is wrong, should be multiplying.
No they can't!That's what is great about this forum, anyone can argue about anything!
Finally we know the truth. You're all wrong! Only I am correct!
The answer is obviously .45>9.

Anyone that needs a calculator to solve that problem needs to go back to the 5th grade.Inside the parentheses is first, but once done inside the parentheses they become a standard multiplication sign. 6÷2×3, left to right, equals 9.

You may be surprised how many high school graduates that would stump.Anyone that needs a calculator to solve that problem needs to go back to the 5th grade.
