Nope. My mom is a crack whore. She either sold them all or I lost them when we got evicted from many places and they kept our stuff. At one point I did have some childhood stuff in a storage unit. My mother stopped paying for it and lost all the contents. I was away in Germany with the USAF at the time. I lost everything I owned and left behind.

My wife's mom did the same thing with storage unit. Grandma died, all her stuff into storage. Wife asked if she could get some picture, just to make copies...mom didn't pay unit fee...all gone. Wife didn't know until a friend of hers told her she saw the stuff at a local auction.

I have all mine. I was poor, it was all in my head. The shit we pretended to be guns, capes and stuff would boggle the mind.

    No imagination no fun.

A old wheel barrel ontop of a picnic table upside down with a 3 gallon ice cream bucket as a helmet and I had any fighter plane or space ship you could think of.

    Amateurs need toys.
Same here, never had many store bought toys.

I still have an old American Flyer electric train somewhere, I did have some large rather heavy road construction toys, grader, gravel hauler, towable derrick ect, fairly heavy sheet steel and large , about 6" solid rubber Goodyear tires. About 40 years ago I stripped the old flaking paint off and carefully refinished them for my son, and have now passed them on to my grandson. The grandson also has a wooden train set I made for my son back in the mid 70's. It's rather detailed with a lot of lathe turned parts on the engine, and a lot of lock joints, all glued. Instead of using thinner commercial wheels as the plans recommended, I cut them out of 3/4 yellow pine, and used 5/8" dowels for axels. I remember my son as a toddler sitting on one of the box cars and passenger cars. From the condition they are in the last time I saw them a few months ago , they should be around for another generation. I forgot there are a couple of WWI style aircraft, a biplane and a triplane in the collection, along with a cab over semi tractor and trailer and a road grader. When I made them all I was a young USAF officer and spent around six months of evenings and a lot of weekend time making them, mostly using basic hand tools., a hand miter saw, hand planes, chisels, I did have a 3/8 drill mounted in a drill press stand, and a router in a router table. My dad did the wood turnings for the engine, gum for the boiler, and hard maple for smoke stack, shand hopper and some other part, bodies of everything is white pine, yellow pine wheels and birch axels.

I still have all my earliest toys, including a very threadbare teddy bear from when I was one year old and the hobby horse that I used to learn to walk. I still have all of my old rubber and steel toys (a little worn, rusted and worse for wear, though). Now, my toys are a little more dangerous and more expensive.

I still have my Hot Wheels cars. When my sister husband walked out her & the kids my mom gave them all the toys & had as a kid. Pissed me off because I bought 90% of my toys as a kid. Had some really nice Mattel guns.

My nieces & nephew never learned the value of their toys because they were just hand over stuff. My Hot Wheels were stashed in with some books & that's what saved them.

Let my childhood slot cars go but I started to rebuild me collection , does that count?
My brother still had his so I rebuilt his too. The last one is his, so it is from the old days, yes

My mother stored all my old toys (original Star Wars, GIJoe, Transformers, etc) in the attic. After my parents passed, I brought them all home but I have nowhere to really store them and don't want to throw them away, so I've been slowly selling them off to collectors in eBay. I've gotten some pretty good deals, too.
