Who loves their Savage 338 Lapua

I am trained in tactical at Gunsite from their PR7 and shortly after I really wanted to put more juice in the box. I bought a 338 Lapua from Savage and absolutely love it, 1250.00 isn't bad for stepping up from my rem700 custom 308. To boot I gave her a sweet Leupold TMR on top. She'll do .5 out of the Box with Some 250 SMK's, Norma brass and Retumbo powder. The only drawback from this little angel is she is an expensive date. I do love that girl.

I have loved every Savage rifle I have owned. I haven't had a .338 but I am sure it is just as impressive.

Some have reported sticky bolts and my buddy's had the scope rail holes misaligned on the receiver but I'd still buy one. Hard to beat for the price.

I really enjoy my savage, of course mines a 17HMR, kinda the same, if you squint real REAL hard.
