Why are Chicago murders not classified as Mass Shooting?

It never ceases to amaze me that blacks only protest and/or riot for their cause of whites killing blacks, mainly white policemen, when there are more blacks killing blacks than whites killing blacks.

Because, it doesn't fit the agenda, nor does it stir, and tug at the emotional heartstrings, and get people riled up to riot and loot, then call it protesting.
