Seems that a certain word comes to mind every time I see a particular commercial on TV. It goes something like this -- "My client got run over by a paving machine and he sufffered a shattered right clavicle, his spleen was punctured, and it fractured his left femur. I went to bat for him and I got him $137,389.12 and though I can't guarantee you that much, I guarantee that I'm here to work FOR YOU!! Call me RIGHT NOW!!"

The word that I always have come to mind when I see this individual is "sleaze." ;)

I should have a sleaze that that for my lawyer.I got hit in an accident and the guy had no insurance or a license. My insurance company paid for his damages even though the police report states he was at fault.Still have not had a settlement for my losses.
