Why has anyone not contested the decision that the 14th Amendment to consider the children of illegals born here as citizens?

Most countries do not have birth right citizenship for the children of non-citizens so why has not anyone challenged the automatic "citizenship" of the children born here of illegals? To me it is a no brainer just like it is a no brainer to not allow DACA (and anyone it is supposed to cover) any special concessions.

Well first off someone in congress needs a set of brass ones. The crying and wailing and gnashing of teeth would horrebyftom the left and their lapdog media. Second it has to be ratified by enought states to become a constitutional amendment. Sad part to me was it was crated so that the newly freed slave a could be citizens. The anchor babies are an unintended consequence.
