    Will be interesting to hear the full story when it comes out. Clearly this store was expecting some trouble if they had security. Glad to hear the DA isn't pressing charges and to hear things are working out in WI.

    This is the first documented case of a CCW holder using a gun to stop a crime. and the store has a no gun sigh up.
    I can't say for certain, but it looks like he shouldn't have been carrying in the store if they had a sign posted. It doesn't appear as if the signage requirements are as stringent as they are in Texas;

    It looks like the sign needs only to be 5" x 7" or larger, prominently posted, and have wording that more or less gets the point across that guns aren't allowed by the owner of said property.

    Regardless, it looks like a win for the good guys and good press for the new CCW law.
