Kipkay has a video on youtube about how to mod a pen laser so it can set a match head on fire. If I had an office job I would never stop pranking co workers with that. "Ow! Something bit the shit out of my neck!"

I saw a story on the news about a kid who pointed one of these at a police helicopter. They tracked him down and locked him up. My understanding is that the sentence was pretty severe.
