Now that I am officially unpacked, I'll be watching for any local meets, shoots etc.

3 Gun match this Saturday just west of Houston. I'll be there. If anyone wants to shoot and doesn't have all three guns you can use one of mine.

Jasont, my brother and I are going to try and make it to this 3 gun shoot. I am interested in checking it out and seeing how it works. I would like to learn how to shoot these and join WHIDPA for future shoots. I am going to bring my guns, but I am not sure if I will be able to shoot due to another event for work later in the day I am commited to.

C'mon out. The match is usually over around 1pm. If you need to leave a little earlier you can let them know and they will usually let you shoot the last stage first so you can get out of there. You are welcome to just watch too but it's more fun to shoot. Chance of rain on Friday but otherwise looking good.

I checked ont he WHIDPA site and sent an e-mail to the guy listed as in charge of the 3-gun shoot with some questions. Maybe you can answer a few. I am a complete novice on this type of shooting.

How much ammo for each weapon? What type of shells for the shotgun? Do you need slugs or buckshot? How many mags for each weapon? If I do shoot I would like to come prepared.Any other items I should bring with?

Make sure and check that thread Friday night to see if the match is on. Right now there's a good chance of rain Friday night, but if it gets rained out he will announce it.

Well guys, y'all missed the Christmas party:

Marshall, owner of Primary arms donated this "Primary Arms Weapons light"

Marshall, owner of Primary arms donated this Troy Folding rear sight to the Houston Crew.

Primary Arms donated this 1-4x Tactical scope with Burris Mount.

The final Primary Arms gift, a Primary Arms T-1 clone and Primary arms Quick disconnect mount!

Thanks to Marshall and Primary arms for making sure the Houston Crew was remembered on Christmas.
