Are spring powered watches or clocks available anymore?
    I just got to wondering.

I want a manual wind pocket watch. If I find a decent one I'll let you know.

Look into Hamilton Watches. Same movement/winding mechanism found in Tag Hauer(sp?), Omega, etc. Only difference is they are a fraction of the cost. I picked one up from Jared about a year and a half ago and really like it. They have different styles to fit your "look". I highly recommend them.

Doin some movin around at the house and found this one that my granddad gave me almost 20 years ago. I hadn't seen it since we moved in.

Probably not worth much but glad I found it again. Not sure of the age, it didn't look new when I got it. Probably not more than 30 years old.

Yup, one of those things that can be nearly worthless and priceless at the same time.

I did a little searching, it was made in the early to mid 80s. Not as valuable as some of the older models by Westclox, they are selling at about $15 on amazon or EBay.
