Recounting votes is not always about finding new votes. I believe it was more about delay.

Mail-in ballots are always problematic. First, you have to make sure that they were mailed on time by checking the PO date stamp on the envelope. Also, the ballot must be inspected by poll watchers from both parties. Unfortunately, these 2 didn't happen in democratic party controlled cities. And it doesn't take a genius to figure out why.
So easy to cheat on mail in ballots if the identifying marks are on the outside of the ballot and not the ballot itself. If one vote for Trump is discarded on purpose (or for Biden), it is fraud and just can not be detected. You can count as much as you want but you can only count what you have, not what was discarded. If this was money they were counting they wouldn't be off by over $100. This all depends on the honesty of those involved and there are a lot of very dishonest people that think that their actions, no matter how illegal, are worthy of doing. Especially since their dishonesty has virtually no chance of being caught. I personally believe there was voter fraud. I just don't know how it can be proven.
