I call BS on not wanting a teacher to be fired. The teacher knows full well what it is they can and cannot teach in a classroom setting. I have to go through training each year on sexual harassment (mandatory), and most of my students are adults. I'm not sure what class that was or which demographic that district is in, but their laws can't be that different as to minors. The teacher needs to be fired.

The mother read one statute the teacher broke in regards to a minor and pornography laws. Teacher should have been fired and charged with breaking the law.

The mother should have filed a complaint and charges with local LE agency, not the school board.

I was in the school business (teacher/coach/admin) for 24 years. We would never have tolerated an assignment like this. It would have constituted a breach of ethics and been cause for immediate termination.

Being legal or not does not matter anymore. A person attacks a comedian onstage with a knife but the LA County DA chooses not to pursue felony charges against the perp. Shoplifters are not prosecuted in Seattle,LA, and Portland. People coming across the US/Mexico border illegally are not prosecuted nor forced to return to their home country. I could continue to cite examples, but the point is that the "political socialization /communism conversion of the USA can not be successful if laws are enforced and police allowed to be effective.This is just the beginning, in the next ten years we can either reject the conversion or be forced into the next totalitarian state. A state that has had a century to review their errors, their failure and successes. It will not be pretty.

It’s really simple: human kind is perverted by nature. However, normal people who aren’t malfunctioning, have no need to include kids into our adult conversations. An educational need at the correct age to learn about the birds and the bees is needed but let’s call this shit what it is. It’s an attack on children.

Trends tell us what we need to know. Law enforcement profiles criminals. Well do we not see a profile developing with how kids are in odd situations younger and younger? Why does a young child need to know about transsexuals or read off the perverted content in op’s post? Because the answer is right in front of people’s face!
