WTB- CHEAP 1911... practice finishes/smithing

so my only 1911's are too nice to start hacking up or paint, trigger jobs, sights ect... want to customize one myself

I would love to find a Springfield GI but a Rock Island would be great too

old/ugly whatever. I just don't want to jack up something nice atriot:

If you are going to go full custom on it, you could just buy a frame and start from there. Fusion has some nice ones starting around $250
