Chiappa (ATI) M4-22 upper receiver w/ 28 round magazine and Simmons 22 Mag 3-9X32 Rimfire Scope.

Like new condition, there is a tiny scratch in the paint of the charging handle.

I've put about 300 or so rounds through this upper, all different types of ammo, had zero issues. Shoots great.
