WTS Nagant revolver (Houston) $100 SOLD

    SOLD
I have for sale a very good condition, matching 1935 Tula Nagant revolver. Bore is excellent, shoots great, no issues. It is an 'Rguns' import. No accessories included. $100 cash, and you must be legally qualified to buy a handgun in Texas. FTF, Houston or surrounding areas. No pics available as my camera finally broke down. Looks like the typical refurb, not like a Colt Python.

Somebody should jump on this Nagant Pistol, They are 7.62X38R caliber and Privi Ammo can be found though a little expensive like about $30 for a box of fifty but I am having a ball shooting mine and reloading using 30 Carbine dies. Some folks make their own brass from 32-20 brass using Lee Nagant dies.
Mine is doggone accurate and a fun shooter !

    Helotes!
Actually, if you were closer I would take a look at it. I've got a couple and they are fun pistols. The most interesting thing about them is that the cylinder moves up and seals against the barrel when shooting, and I've heard a few different reasons why. The first is to negate the pressure loss from the gap that normally exists between the cylinder and barrel, but the second and more sinister is that it was to allow for better suppression for a silencer!

I am looking for an Izhevsk-produced 1895 if anyone has one for sale. The Tulas I have are a 1939 and a 1915 "Peter the Great" model. These sweet Russian revolvers are getting harder and harder to find...

    Cheers! M2
