I have a Rock River 16" carbine upper in the mid-length hand guard configuration, fixed carry handle, complete with bolt carrier group. Barrel is 1/9 twist, A2 sights, flash hider etc. My data book indicates I broke in the barrel on July 13, 2007 using the shoot 3/clean method for a total of 68 rounds fired. It was put in the safe and not fired again.
