One of the Earp boys' favorite tactics was "bullrushing" victims from behind, sneaking up from the 6:00 and clubbing them in the back of the head. That's how they got Ike Clanton (my dad's great-uncle) the first time. Ike's crime (this time at least)? Carrying a firearm in city limits.

What are your top 2 or 5 favorite historical books about the EARP family?

I read bits of one book about EARP back in the late 90's but I will be dipped if I remember the title.

It was an old library book. I did not own it.

I have read several complete articles and LINKS with brief facts (?!?) on various boards and forums since the late 90's and on about the EARP family but not recently.

With all of those new laws on paste and posts from several years ago and even MORE NOW... a person can't really give out an entire article on a board or forum even though you give the WRITER and magazine or newspaper FULL CREDIT with their permission to REPOST.
