Sometimes stores just can't be arsed to do the work of figuring out what things are worth. I've gotten some incredible buys at "tactical stuff only" stores when they bought an estate collection that included old target guns with which they were completely unfamiliar. It also helps when you find cases where the Blue Book is badly wrong.
