Never happen. Gov and business new monitary model is based on just paying interest on loan and refinancing the principal. That is the method of kicking the can down the road. Academically speaking Americans are a lot lazier than our foreign counterparts. Education is highly prized in eastern and southern Asian cultures. That's why they perform better academically.
