Yankee's Tavern in Carlos, TX - 51%??

Hey some of you Southeast TX bikers - I know you've been there. I was just there with my MC group for lunch. I assumed that they're a true bar so I disarmed. BUT! - I looked here & there at both entrances and at the bar for a TABC or a 30.06, 07 sign(s) and couldn't find one. No, I didn't ask the management and when the blond waitress in the hot pants was present, hell, I couldn't focus on my question anyway. They seem to be an unposted restaurant. Does anyone know for sure?

Just looked them up, they are a blue sign, no 51%.

I'm not sure but they sell a lot of hamburgers. Maybe that counterbalances the alcohol they serve.

SpiritsTexas app on android let's you easily search places by their TABC license, even tells you if it's a blue "licensed required" sign or is 51%. Probably in the apple app store as well.
