Dig 'em up on FaceBook.....Lots of cool pics there.

Seems that they havne't made a batch of these buggers in several months...if I was at home trying to figure out what to do with my time, I think I'd start looking at making molds....

The site sucks, and according to the company's facebook page, they haven't made any in awhile.....and looking back on it a bit, it appears that they sold out of every batch they made relatively quickly.

Hell, I want to buy a full set for my front garden!!

Anyone here know how to make molds? I'll start doing these on my time off, I'm pretty sure that there is money to be made here.....

Well you need to make your model first. Sculpted out of clay or wood or whatever material you want. Then you make rigid forms for the mold, usually out of fiberglass. You put your model in the form, then mix up silicone rtv and pour that into the form. The rtv will set around your model. Then you remove the forms and pull the rtv mold off. On small stuff you can just pop the model out, but on something larger and more detailed like a gnome you'll need to cut it into two or more mold parts. Then you put your mold and forms back together and can start casting, probably out of some sort of plaster/cement mix. The mold will probably rip or get messed up after several castings so you'll have to redo the mold process all over again. Hopefully your model didn't get messed up... Once you've cast all the pieces you want, it'll be time to paint them.
