Year round deer lease wanted

I'm looking for a year round hunting lease for myself. We would like to use the lease for hunting and some camping with the family. I am interested in hunting everything year round (deer, hog, duck, varmint etc). I would be the only hunter. We would treat your property with respect and obey any rules/regulations that apply. I would like to stay within 3 hours or 150+ - miles of the DFW metroplex. Price is negotiable depending on the property. Would like to stay under 1,000.
