I'm surprised one of these states with an AWB finally realized how arbitrary their definitions were. When are they just going to make the law say "no semi-auto rifles"....

The Mass. AWB will likely be found to be OK; however, what will fail is an overbroad interpretation of it now being pushed by the AG. The AWB means what it means and the Courts can interpret that for themselves. The AG's personal interpretation of it is not law, it is a legal opinion. The Mass. Courts will sort it out in the scores of lawsuits that will surely happen.
