Just wondered if anyone has seen this video. Could be staged, don't know. In any event, what do you think the guy with the gun did wrong and did right (in terms of legality) assuming this took place in Tx?

He should have called the police, and let them handle the situation. He should have stuck to highways until the police could intercept the 3rd party, and he shouldn't have posted a video of him committing armed robbery.

Just because you are vindicated in protecting yourself doesn't entitle you to commit robbery.

yea its in canada and the video is staged the revolver is a fake. that video is pretty old, besides i dont think anyone is stupid enough to post a video of themselves committing armed robbery on you tube but i have been wrong before.
