Zimmerman: can one violate anothers Civil Rights?

I didn't think an individual could violate another individual's Civil Rights.

I've been scanning the Civil Rights Act of 1964 this morning and the vast majority is about employment practices. The 1991 edition provides much clarification to the '64 Act.

Other than the right to life, on what basis is the DOJ, NAACP et. al. pursuing GZ for "violating" TM's rights?

Plus, wouldn't they need to pursue everyone that is currently awaiting trial or serving a sentence for killing a person of a different race as well? Of course they wouldn't since that isn't what it's all about, but I just thought I would mention that.

The Constitution, law and order, the judicial system - for that matter truth itself - are not important to the sheeple anymore. It's a Jerry Springer world where the loudest and most obnoxious get the media attention and can do as they please.

I'm having a really hard time trying to avoid saying how I really feel and what I really believe needs to be done. I have little doubt it would put me in a world of hurt.

Cobb County man slaughtered in random hate crime mob attack

On July 1st a group of black gang members brutally attacked and beat a random white pedestrian in Cobb County, Georgia. He was then knocked onto the road where he was hit by oncoming traffic.

Will the DOJ be investigating these four for Civil Rights violations as well????????
