I didn't think an individual could violate another individual's Civil Rights.
I've been scanning the Civil Rights Act of 1964 this morning and the vast majority is about employment practices. The 1991 edition provides much clarification to the '64 Act.
Other than the right to life, on what basis is the DOJ, NAACP et. al. pursuing GZ for "violating" TM's rights?
