Been busy with other projects, like getting the kiln ready for color case hardening. The 38 Super will be the first one we do........anxious to get it all done...

My Son is finishing the artwork for the slide tonight and I should start laser engraving it in the morning....woo hoo......

Cutting/welding some 10 ga. steel to make crucibles for the kiln.......

Bought some AR500 hooks for steel targets from Amazon and they weren't exactly the size as stated. The orange did fit the conduit tight but the black ones weren't even close. The lathe and a boring bar opened them right up. The black ones aren't AR500 plate as advertised and were pretty soft. The orange ones are real AR500 plate....
