It’s Taco Cabana........
Like you can't find a real taqueria in Texas that has better cheaper. They do have delicious street tacos.
toddnjoyce,
Fyi, in more than a year, I've seen exactly four "30.07" signs in San Antonio/Bexar County. = 3 of those were on cafes that sell a LOT of beer, wine & booze & are probably "51%" establishments.
(There are a HUGE number of signs posted in the county that state that "unlicensed carry is a felony" but VERY few "legal signs".)
Out of curiosity, I recently asked Deputy Larry ___________ of the BCSD if he had seem ANYBODY open carrying in Bexar County. - He said, "Uniformed police & guards only."

toddnjoyce,
The HEB that I shop at in SA has NEITHER sign, as in NONE at all.

toddnjoyce,
I've LOOKED for the signs & they are NOT at the entrance at "my" HEB, as of 1900 hours last PM.
COME & SEE for yourself.

An Hispanic friend introduced me to Taco Cabana. As we entered the store, he said "It's food like my mother used to make". Upon our exit, after the meal, he said "Well, I never said Mom was a good cook".Like you can't find a real taqueria in Texas that has better cheaper.
Wonder if his moms cooking gave him the squirts too?An Hispanic friend introduced me to Taco Cabana. As we entered the store, he said "It's food like my mother used to make". Upon our exit, after the meal, he said "Well, I never said Mom was a good cook".
Hell, I don’t mind if they post a 30.07; that’s their prerogative. But I’m interested in whether a judge would consider that sign as having the same force of law as a 30.07 sign...
I think the law is very clear what constitutes effective notice, so the answer is "no."
