Photo copying load data like I did when using several different manuals reduces needed space. I wish that I had bought HD storage, because the weight adds up and started to buckle the cabinet. Toolhead stand price from Dillon was going to be costly, so I used PVC and dowel rods for stands. Depending on how many different cartridges, reload equipment, space and future investments I'm pretty good with space organization. Will you use the same space for gun cleaning, customizing and/or projects (non gun related)? LED lighting reduces heat and makes it better to work (for me at least).Bumping this old thread for new ideas.
I have a vice and some reloading equipment with nowhere to put it. Sooner than later I will epoxy my garage floor and then build a bench.
Show me what works for you. Within reason, what do you wish you had? What do you think you couldn’t live without? What did you learn from your mistakes?
Thanks!
Enjoy the journey !
I just got started with reloaded about a yr or so ago.
Im using a single stage RCBS and currently do 39/357 40 45 and 45LC.
Havent gone to long guns yet.
The table is hooked to the wall on the studs with some 8in shelf brackets. The press is bolted through the table.
Solid and in where AC/Heat are.
Have to turn off ceiling fan however when scale comes out.
I can see I got a long way to go to get where some of y’all are.

Give me a layout and I'll post some suggestions if wanted?I do plan to use the bench for all sorts of projects. Anything that needs tinkering can be done there instead of the kitchen table or island.

Another thing is are you going to stand or sit (table height or bar stool height)? More storage above or under bench/table?Thats highly appreciated. I haven’t even gotten that far. I just got my car out of the shop a few days ago and the repairs blew all of my budget that I had set aside for the garage and bench.
It's been my choice also!I recommend bar stool height. That allows one to sit or stand comfortably while working at the bench.
