Just as bad, DOJ drops campaign finanace charge from SB-F as it wasn't in the Bahama extradition agreement. So how is it that Bahamas has an extradition treaty that dosn't include CF? It's in Delaware......IF he is found guilty, he will get a slap on the wrist and maybe some type of probation.

I bet that they will not prosecute him for money laundering, tax evasion, influence peddling, acting as a foreign agent without registering and all the other crimes that he has committed. The gun charge is a distraction so that they can say that they did something.

If you think about it, they had to go forward with this charge. Otherwise that provision of the 4473 could be challenged and if it gets far enough, ruled as invalid. The anti-gun lobby was probably not willing to chance this. Assuming he is tried while daddy is still in office and found guilty, he'll get an automatic pardon.

They have got the strategy all thought out...probably years ago.
