I doubt there are many on here who are familiar with his work, but during the lockdowns I got hooked on the British TV show Escape to the Country about those looking to move from urban environments into the English countryside and beyond.

One of the presenters was Jonnie Irwin, who did an excellent job connecting prospective buyers with their dream properties.

In November 2022, Irwin shared that he had terminal lung cancer after being diagnosed in 2020, which has spread to his brain. He never smoked.

Today, it was announced Irwin had passed.

    He was 50.

He leaves behind his wife, Jessica, son Rex age 3, and 2-year-old twins, Rafa and Cormac

    Rest in peace, Jonnie!

He'll always be Dillon, Apollo, or Chubbs to me

Dillon and Apollo, definitely. But he really made Greef Karga a memorable character for me. Starting as an antagonist and developing into a loyal ally to the main character over three seasons...believably because the character was just doing what he felt was best.

She’s in bad shape. I’m surprised they got so many episodes of Dead To Me filmed. But in many she is sitting.
