We hear lots about the ‘’fairness’’ & desirability of having a ‘’balanced court’’.
On first blush that sounds really nice. . . . .
But it is a seriously malignant perversion of our system of government.
Our courts, and all Judges/Justices, are supposed to be NEUTRAL, unbiased, and have strict fidelity to the U S Constitution; not be a ‘’balance’’ of opposing individuals, based on their personal political views.
To trip-up a ‘’balanced’’ court, one needs only ONE vote to cross-over to destroy the supposed neutrality inherent in ‘’Justice’’.
They all swear an oath to support & defend pur Constitution; we must DEMAND that they adhere to their oaths !
