DA stops, but the guy is still out how many tens of thousands of dollars? Not to mention all else he went through.

Kinda makes me think that the scumbags in our injustice system really don't care what the court outcome is, they still ruined a person. Probably sitting in their office, laughing.

Won't happen if you don't try. And I (and I'm sure others) would toss a few bucks his way to fund the case and set some good legal precedent....
