Yeppers... exactly what I was thinking. The "employees" who spoke with ABC News about having observed the boy claiming the gun was his, have been paid off. So NOW there is no gun!

I have no idea what the parents divorce settlement was but perhaps it is his mother's portion of the money that's been responsible for "enabling" him. If I was his dad, I would have 'cut him off' whenever it was first possible {legally} to do so! Past time for him to take personal responsibility for his own actions.
