crimes, would you act more senile, forgetful and loony than you really are?

I'm not saying his actions are all faked, but I believe some of it is.

Nobody seems to be mentioning that with this decision, the Biden DOJ is effectively giving him immunity from prosecution for the remainder of his life. Proof he took bribes from ChiComs, Ukraine? Too elderly and failed memory to go on trial. He can now commit crimes with impunity.
