Went to Barnes & Noble tonight because Christine O'Donnell was doing a book signing. (The book is titled, "Trouble Maker" and subtitled, "Let's Do What it Takes to Make America Great Again".) This was late in the evening, after she had done a number of appearances and talk shows, but she spoke to the folks who showed up for about 15 minutes, then answered questions and finally signed books.
She's a terrific speaker and extremely personable. She answered anything asked - and very candidly. She chatted with each person that had her autograph their copy of her book.
Now, most celebrities are a lot nicer looking in their publicity than in person. O'Donnell may even look better in person than on TV. Seriously. If you hear of her making an appearance in your area, it's worth the effort to go.
