Everyone recall back when we were lectured by a NYC Congressman who couldn’t even pronounce his OWN NAME; that Harlem was a much superior place to live than Mississippi ?

I’d venture he had never even been to Biloxi or Gulfport.

All those rankings via government data always miss something really big.
