I have a used (but in nice condition) Auto-Ordnance OD green Army 1911A1 for sale.
I bought this pistol several years because it said Army on the slide. I later put the wooden Army grips on it to make it a souvenir of my time in the Army back in 1968.
I am now selling off most of my 45ACP collection due to my age.
This pistol has been to the range with me numerous time in the past. I do not recall ever having an issue with its performance.
I would like to get $500 for the pistol and upgraded grips. I also have a pair of Hogue rubber grip panels for it that I will add to the deal. I think I may even have the original box it came in. I will have to verify that though.
This is a good way to get into the 1911 family without having to break the bank. With our current firearms situation, this pistol is a good deal.
