Whelp… won the auction and it should on its way to my front door soon

i believe this will be the oldest gun I have in my collection… had some older ones but have sold those

(I buy, sell and trade A LOT… because I can’t afford to keep them all and I want to continue to own and shoot many makes and models before I’m recalled by God… as Rush used to say)

now to read about disassembly, etc and decide if I want to buy another mag for it

Yes, I have owned two of them, still have one. One bit of advice: When you get yours, make absolutely certain to learn how to properly remove the grips beforehand if you ever want to remove them for maintenance. It is very essy to ruin them and original replacements are hard tp come by and very expensive.

I have one. Found it in a box after my uncle died. It's rusted to heck. It's been in a bag soaking in kroil for about 2 years. Haven't decided what to do with it yet.

It arrived today… interesting manual of operations

    - the grip safety remains ‘in’ (depressed) or in the off position, once it has been depressed by gipping the gun

    - to pit the grip safety back on (undepressed) one must press the button just below the slide… it then pops back out

    - so… its design functions more like a thumb safety… intended to be ‘on’ if carrying, for instance, but not bothered with once taken off and firing has begun. It can only be placed on (by pushing button to release it) if the striker is cocked.

    - since it is a blowback… the barrel is fixed to the frame… but as you can see in the pic below, it unlocks by twisting it 90 degrees
