6:50 was the magic time here in Fannin County. They're flying pretty good now.

Blind sucked so we moved to pasture 2:

Buddy of mine had his limit by 9:00.

I fired to shots, didn't see nothin else, came home and took a nap.

Pretty successful opening day so far.

We brought in eleven for five guns. I got three which is good for me.

Very slow morning. I think I only shot six rounds.

I didn't go yesterday but the folks with the place next door didn't shoot very much in the afternoon/evening. Sounded like poor participation by the doves yesterday.

Pretty slow morning overall here. They really started moving at 6:50 AM and were pretty much done by 10:30. I popped the last one for the morning at 10:45.

We moved everything to the evening hunt positions in pasture 2, cleaned the birds and were home by 11:20.

Headed back out at 5:00 this evening.

10 total for the both of us this morning.
