    Having been in law enforcement for 8 years somtimes I wonder what the hell is going on? Federal Prosecuters remind me of the SPANISH INQUISITION, everyday I see them overstepping thier boudaries more and more....READ THE STORY... why dont they just get a warrant? WHY dont they just follow the established rules for this????

    ...federal law requires search warrants for messages in "electronic storage" that are less than 181 days old.
    That story is messed up... and whats the deal with the 181 day rule? After 181 days your information magically becomes public domain? Laws about this stuff boggle my mind.
