Can’t we just make a law that says if you are convicted of something like that, with overwhelming evidence, and you receive a punishment like that it becomes a death penalty carried out in no more than year?

Yeah, and that kind of inspired the thought.

So you take a plea deal to avoid the possibility of a long drawn out death penalty conviction and hope for only a life in prison. The catch is though if the jury finds you guilty and get life plus X, that converts to quick death penalty. That would make it interesting.

I honestly believe that shows main purpose was to make gun owner look stupid! Of the entire cast Glen "Flem" Fleming was the only one that seemed normal. Heard he works @ drive tanks.com now.

No we won’t do that
We will put a dog down for biting a child in a park because the dog cant ever be trusted again. but we won’t put a child rapist down...seems stupid logic to me.

At least maybe some real nice big corn fed boys are making him their bitch for payback.

Kind of like child rapist/rapist get their in prison! I have always said bulls#*^, they are amongst their own kind!

I have never understood the ideals of a progressive and the moratorium on the death penalty in many states. They argue for abortion but are against the death penalty.

You kill evil for the betterment and safety of law abiding citizens. Some humans just need a bullet to the head. I never watched the show but he seems like a candidate.

Our legal system has checks and balances built into it, which is a good thing. The fact that his conviction was upheld shows the system works. Hope he rots slowly and painfully...
