It took a .15 a gallon jump today here north of Dallas. It was $3.54 this morning and $3.69 when I came home this evening.
This is a fun thread to look back at ... in the past few months we have gone from $4.00/gallon and talking about scooters and Geo Metros to breathing a sigh of relief.
Yesterday I paid $1.69/gal. when filling up my Quad Cab Dodge and am glad I didn't trade it in a few months back.
Funny how fast things can change...
Ah, but is this a stable price point? The US Dollar seems to have regained some strength, which helped the price of oil, but the days of oil supply on the market exceeding demand seem to be behind us.
$1.57 in the north DFW area. An indication of how severely the global economy is/has slowed. Personally, I'm not expecting any improvements in the near future.
