I am sorry. He was captured on film trying to kill a cop. I don't think he deserves to have clean sheets, warm bed 3 squares. Play the tape, count the 12 votes and send him out back to a tree. There is no excuse, reason or justification for his actions. I for one don't feel like I should pay a penny for his upkeep. I will however hold the rope, buy the bullets, serve on the jury and help dig the hole. Figure it will only take a few years for the remainder of the stupid people to start using their brains.

Nah! just put him and the dog into a dark empty garage for a couple hours he will then get to lay in his bed for a few days and repeat the process next week. But he was caught on tape and by witnesses firing at police officers. Quick trail and to the chair with him.
