Hamilton Model Number 7 Single Shot Boy's Rifle
    Mfd Dates 1899 - 1901
Model 7 was the first Hamilton Rifle made. The skeleton frame was made entirely of castings, stampings with coil springs and completely nickel-plated. To load the rifle the barrel pivots to the left at the frame junction, exposing the chamber.
44,700 No. 7's were made from 1899-1901, of which Mr. Ringbauer, Hamilton Rifle Historian, Author and Collector, estimates 99.9 percent have gone to "Rifle Heaven", meaning expert collectors estimate only 45 Number 7's in existence.
This No. 7 is missing the 8" pivot barrel and trigger guard. Estimated 60% of nickel plating remains.
The markings on butt plate are legible and read: Hamilton Rifle Co of Plymouth Mich. Pat. Pend's No 7, 22 Cal.
Will trade this rare Hamilton No 7 for a S&W, Colt Ruger 357 Mag or other first quality Double Action Revolver with 3" barrel with medium frame in excellent condition. No snub nose.
Or will sell for $450. This antique rifle cane be mailed to buyer.
