Going to make chicken drumsticks on the smoker tonight for the family. I smoke all the time but always looking for new recipe ideas.
    How would you make them?

Remove the skin. Season with with your favorite poultry rub. Wrap in bacon. More rub. Put in the smoker and baste with your favorite sauce about 30 minutes before they are done. You'll want to smoke at about 240 so the bacon can crisp. You can also put over direct heat to finish.

NOT my pic. I've heard them called some kind of pops.
