More than likely, it is the mark of the builder using his initials.
ATF requires anyone with a ffl who is building rifles like the one you have to mark them with their name, or their “company logo”
An inquiry to them may give you the answer you want.

Most likely you'll have to order them from the manufacturer. Hornady is good with quick turn around with these things. I use their collet dies
