My new H&K MR223 A3 - Ral 8000 - Slim Line - 14.5" barrel

Just got my hands on an HK MR223 A3 in Ral 8000 with a 14.5" Barrel as well as a Slim Line Handguard. It's just awesome! Especially with my H&K SP5K. And yes our European version has a chrome plated barrel (https://www.heckler-koch.com/en/prod.../overview.html) as well as an ambi bolt release.

The H&K 91 is pretty old. It's a SACO imported one with the polygon barrel. It's code dated HK which makes it a 1979 vintage rifle. It's what started my H&K love affair. I was 20 years old when I finally got it. Took a year for the gun shop to get it for me. I really want a SIG AMT or SIG PE57 but my employment history @ that age was limited to part time because the economy. 3 years later I grew tired of living in anti gun Illinois & moved to TEXAS.
