Repeaters and cell phones both have dead spots due to many variables. Our commo group has been working to have as many options available as possible as no one source can be considered 100% reliable under all circumstances.

Repeaters and cell phones both have dead spots due to many variables. Our commo group in the State Guard has been working to have as many options available as possible as no one source can be considered 100% reliable under all circumstances.

For cell phone near me, reception depends on where you are relative to the mountain. For UHF/VHF it depends on the hills. I can't dependably hit the nearest 2m repeater at 32 miles either.
