In the FB piece you'll see Ms. Hall wrote him up on a major case meaning disciplinary action. If upheld, he could have gone to restrictive housing further delaying his prison release which was eluded to in "The man did 20 on a 40" comment.

The inmate was classified as a G2. G1 is lowest security risk and a G5 may cut your head off simply for entertainment.
