    Gunz are icky.
What do you not like about them? It must have been bad shooting a Glock.

There really isn't spit difference between ALL of them. Granted the examples I shot today are worn out rental guns they all shot about the same. The Hellcat mags was a beeotch to load.
The Glock just sucked because Glocks suck.
The 365 was the short handle one. It was okay I guess.
I didn't get to try a Shield Plus. The rental was a regular Sheild. It was okay. The trigger wasn't as smooth as I thought it would be.

I didn’t care for the P365 grip. P365xl was better but the P365 XMacro grip is the sweet spot for me. I did rent a G43X today and shot it well.
Been thinking about getting a G48 only because I’m really liking my G45. The G43X and G48 have the same grip. If I can sell my my Walter PPS, then I will probably get the G48.

I personally am not a Kimber guy at all, but it might work for you.

Another option might be Bersa TPR9c. A metal framed, hammer fired, 13+1pistol with a full grip. Very reasonably priced and reliable with pretty much any, and all ammo. fed to it.

There is a member somewhere on here that has been carrying one of those for over a decade.

On my Hellcat, the last 2 rounds are thumb-breakers for sure. I use a Uplula on them usually to spare me the trouble.

    Kimber Micro 9?
I own and carry a Kimber Micro 9 daily.

reasons I absolutely like it… and recommend it

    - it’s small, light yet handles all manners of 9mm rds with ease
    - I have a Kydex IWB and a nylon OWB paddle holster with thumb break for it
    - it even fits in my pocket holsters (but I don’t carry it that way… I have other guns for pocket carry)
    - I have yet to find a round that gives me any trouble… I’ve shot many different types of SD JHP and FMJ out of it
    - it’s small but fits my hand (I have three mags.., the flush you see, one with a extension for pinky, and an extended mag).. will take pics tomorrow of those
    - can rack the slide with the safety on… that’s a biggy for me
    - does not have an ambi safety… I don’t like ambi’s
    - trigger is pretty good too… not top-notch 1911 style, but good (I’ll measure it tomorrow for you)
    - I put a CT laser grip on it… makes it a real accurate point and shoot (at least it helps me)
    - my ’nightfall‘ model has night sights, yet the sights are still nicely visible in the daytime
    - it’s been very, very reliable and I give it a workout often
    - I like the 1911-like manual of operations
    - the aluminum frame and stainless slide make this feel like a substantial gun vs the plastic fantastics (which I also have)

More photos tomorrow (showing it with other mags, IWB holster, better view of sights, etc)
